My Four Senses (30/3/14)

Hey MEDL!

My sincere apologies goes to you all waiting for the next blog post which was posted FIFTEEN days ago. I have been writing like crazy for my other blog, Electra and Marian.
Here is what you deserve after waiting for two weeks!

I stood outside the gym in the middle of lunchtime, taking in as much information of the atmosphere around me using my four senses (would you expect me to taste the air? I hope not).

Sight - Students of different ages are smashing against each other as they play a fierce game of rugby while girls lie and sit down on the evergreen grass trying to find the meaning of life, which is most likely to be Instagram filters and heavy concealer. The warm sun greets soon-to-be sunburnt skin. A teacher on duty passes and greets students to check if they're enjoying their break.

Sound - I could hear people talking behind me. "Hey, what's up, bruh?" "Have you heard of the new yoghurt shop down the road?" "Sometimes, that's just life." From a far distance I could hear the grunts of students playing a variety of sports.

Smell - I inhale the scent of nature. I didn't fancy the outdoors, but to be outside was far more better than staying inside the hot classroom. Colourful ice blocks make an appearance with their sweet but artificial smells.

Feeling - Being under the brim of the outdoor gym roof was obviously colder than being under the sun. Despite being in the shade, my forehead was hotter than ever. I feel a slight trace of pain cover a part of my head. Must be a headache.

The bell rings. I rush to my next class trying to persist the pain I received recently.

Woo, that was a long post! I stopped right there because I was scared that it would become a novel instead of a normal blog post.

Hopefully I will post more often. Thank you for reading!

Leave a comment if you want to know about anything.

Where Have I Been?!? (15/03/14)

Hey!

Everyday I am getting busier and busier! I guess school is the reason for my various blogging interruptions.

My picture files of Violetta are really getting in the way of
my computer space. Meh, I'm not going to delete until I get over Violetta.

Other than school work, there will be a cyclone that will hit New Zealand, but luckily it is not happening in my city right now. I'm getting pretty anxious.

My beautiful idol!
Despite the storm coming, I'm still planning to do my homework. My main focus will be mathematics and religious ed. Wish me luck!
